A Reflection of You

As a title reader, I believe that I have two different responsibilities. The first is the obvious one: to identify and raise potential title issues. The second is less obvious, but I believe it is just as important. I believe that every reader has a responsibility to create reports that accurately reflect the unique culture, service, and brand of the agency they are reading for.

I know how hard you work to serve your clients, and I understand that your reports are a reflection of both the services that you offer and the stance you take on title issues and risk assessment. My goal is to build strong relationships with each of my clients so that my I can tailor my reading approach to reflect each agency's individual policies, positions, and practices.
