Purchases & Other Full-Length Reports
Refinances & Short Searches

Standard purchases with a full 40 year abstract, including residential and commercial properties are included in this category. Commercial refinances that require a full chain of title are also charged at this price point.

This category includes any files that don't require a full 40 year abstract, including qualifying residential refinances, and/or reissue reports that are using recent policies as a starting point for their abstracts.
"Extensive Work" Files
Survey Readings
& Descriptions

Files with unusually long abstracts, complicated chains, or extra work will incur an additional fee. Typically, this includes any abstracts that are longer than 200 pages. If, for any reason, a shorter abstract requires extensive work, I will inform your office before proceeding.

I will read surveys into existing reports, including reading the original survey and the survey inspection, when necessary. I will also include a survey-based metes and bounds description when it is needed. Surveys that are included with an abstract will be included in the fee for the title reading.
